Man Arrested For Assaulting 2 People In Odessa

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is behind bars, accused of aggravated assault.

    Juan Carlos Acevedo was arrested on Saturday morning. According to Odessa Police, Acevedo hit his common-law wife in the face and body, before hitting another man in the face at a home in the 1400 block of Rosewood. Both victims were treated at Medical Center Hospital and released.

    Acevedo is in the Ector County Detention Center on $100,000 bond.
