CAF Ad Is Tops In Texas

MIDLAND -- Last week, Big 2 urged viewers to vote for their favorite "Don't Mess With Texas" ad from the past 25 years. And it looks like people voted.

    The contest started with 35 commercials -- one of which was produced by the Commemorative Air Force. In the end, the vote came down to the C.A.F. and the Talking Longhorn commercial, and now the winner has been announced. With close to 600,000 total votes cast, the C.A.F.'s ad has been declared Texas' favorite.

    The Texas Department Of Transportation hosted the contest to celebrate their "Don't Mess With Texas" campaign's silver anniversary.
