Man Sentenced For Midland Bar Fight

MIDLAND -- A Midland man will have to spend four years behind bars after injuring several people during a bar fight.

    Richard Casias has pleaded guilty to four counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The charges stem from fight at Your Place bar in Midland back on December 5th.

    Casias, 24, hit one man with a pool cue and hit several others with pool balls. Two victims suffered head injuries, while one woman had her teeth knocked out. The whole incident was caught on tape, and Casias was arrested five days later.

    Casias will have to serve a four year sentence in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
