Midland Man Arrested For Indecency With Child

MIDLAND -- A Midland man is behind bars, accused of inappropriately touching a teenage girl and then sending someone topless pictures of her.

    Scott Oliveira was arrested on Saturday. According to an arrest affidavit, a Midland County Sheriff's deputy saw the suspect and a 14-year-old girl inside a parked vehicle outside of Hollywood Theaters in Midland. After a short investigation, the deputy found out that Oliveira, 22, had touched the girl's breasts and then sent a cell phone picture of the girl topless.

    Oliveira is charged with indecency with a child. He is being held $15,000 bond.
