New Mexico Fugitive Arrested In Odessa

ODESSA -- A fugitive has been caught in the Permian Basin.
Tracy Ann York, 37, was arrested on Saturday in Odessa. According to the Odessa Police Department, York is a fugitive from Roswell, NM, where she was accused of neglecting and malnourishing her mother. Authorities in Roswell said York's mother was in poor health there.
York's brother -- 29 year old Darrell Lawrence -- was arrested in Roswell for neglect last week. Authorities in Roswell tried to serve a warrant to York, but they found out that she'd left the area.
York's being held without bond.
