MIDLAND -- A Midland teen is in big trouble, after deputies say he stole a car and went on a drunken joyride.

Juan Porras was arrested on Sunday. According to an arrest affidavit, Porras, 18, stole a car from the Jaguars Club parking lot Sunday morning.

Midland County Sheriff's deputies found Porras doing doughnuts in the middle of Business 20. After testing Porras, deputies say his blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit.

Porras was handcuffed and taken to jail. But when officials were booking him, they found that he had marijuana on him.

Now, Porras faces felony charges for unauthorized use of a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance in a correctional facility.
