Buisnessman Sentenced For Mail Fraud

MIDLAND -- A Big Lake businessman will be spending more than 7 years in federal prison for mail fraud.

    Carlos Rios Bueno was sentenced to 87 months Wednesday for writing fake invoices. Bueno owns Muy Bueno Backhoe Services. He was convicted for writing nearly $1 million in invoices for work that the company did not do on several dirt roads between 2007 and 2009.

    Bueno will be on three year's supervised release when his sentence is complete.
