Our next major weather system will roll through the basin, this time with wind and no rain. Meaning fire danger will we very high Tuesday so get everything outside done Monday. Highs Monday near 85 before the wind gets here, Tuesday middle 70's and near 70 likely Wednesday. Tuesday's winds could gust as high as 60 mph in the Permian Basin and near 80mph in the Guadalupe Mountains. Much calmer weather will follow wednesday but cooler weather also, short lived though, back into the 70's to end the work-week.
