LUBBOCK -- A terror suspect who was arrested in Lubbock less than two weeks ago has waived his next bond hearing.

The hearing was slated to take place this week. Khalid Ali-M Aldawsari would have been in court for that hearing, as the prosecution tried to show there was enough evidence to hold him without bond. Now, the court can hold him until there's a trial.

If convicted, Aldawsari faces life behind bars.
