Man Arrested For Keeping Cocaine And Marijuana In Home

ODESSA -- An Odessa man has been arrested, after he was caught with drugs in his home.
Daniel Ray Aguilar, 27, was arrested after Odessa Narcotics detectives searched his home in the 1600 block of East Century. Detectives found two plastic bags with more than 7 grams of cocaine in the master bedroom, along with more than 3 ounces of marijuana.
Detectives found out that two children lived in the home with Aguilar and 27-year-old Gina Hernandez. The home is also in a drug-free zone, since it's located less than 1,000 feet from Burnett Elementary.
Aguilar is charged with felony possession of cocaine and misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
