Big Spring Officer Crashes During High Speed Chase

BIG SPRING -- A Big Spring police officer is recovering after crashing during a high speed chase.

Police tried to pull over a man on a motorcycle on Friday night. The man sped off.
   
During the chase, the officer lost control at 15th and Donley and crashed into a telephone pole.

He was taken to the hospital, where he was treated and released.

The biker was able to get away.
