Two Arrested For Breaking Child's Arm In Odessa

ODESSA -- Two Odessans are behind bars, accused of injuring their infant son.
Paco Luna, 22, and Sabrina Rosa, 20, were arrested on Monday. According to arrest affidavits, Luna pulled and broke the baby's arm. Luna's mother took the child to the hospital, where medical staff also found broken ribs on the child. Rosa initially said she didn't know what was wrong with the child when it was crying, but she reportedly later told police that she had filed assault charges against Luna.
Now, Luna's charged with felony injury to a child, while Rosa's charged with felony endangering a child. Both are being held on $50,000 bond.
