MIDLAND -- The Midland Police Department is investigating a number of sexual assault cases, and they think the same man is responsible for each one.

Over the past three weeks, police say a white man has been approaching women in the early morning hours. Each incident has happened on the west side of Midland, between Andrews Highway and Midland Drive. The victims say the suspect follows them to their car or apartment. Then he grabs them from behind, and asks for sex.

The suspect is described as being in his late 20's, between 5'6" and 5'8", with a thin build. He also has a black or brown mohawk.

If you have information on who this suspect is or where he might be found, call Midland Police at 432-685-7108 or Midland Crimestoppers at 432-694-TIPS (8477).
