Perry Renews Disaster Proclamation For All Texas Counties

AUSTIN -- Governor Rick Perry issued an emergency disaster proclamation back on December 21st, as extreme fire danger threatened areas of Texas.
As conditions remain dry across the state, the governor has decided to extend that proclamation. The state of disaster is in place for counties all across Texas, including the Permian Basin.
