Woman Accused Of Fatally Injuring Child Has Bond Reduction Denied

ODESSA -- A woman accused of beating her child to death has been denied a bond reduction.

    Kimberly Ann Moore went before District Judge John Smith Monday morning. Smith denied a reduction on Moore's $200,000 bond.

    Moore is accused of abusing her 5 year old child Zachary Dominguez. She's also accused of abusing her 3 year old son.

    Moore's live in boyfriend -- Ralph Martinez Jr. -- is also accused of abusing the children. He's also being held on $200,000 bond.
