MIDLAND COUNTY -- A fire in Midland County destroyed a trailer home Tuesday afternoon -- leaving a family looking for a new place to live.

The blaze broke out around 3 PM Tuesday along County Road 146, east of F.M. 715. A trailer home was completely destroyed by the fire. The blaze also spread to some nearby grass, which led firefighters to keep that fire from spreading any further.

No one was hurt in the blaze. The people that lived in the home weren't there when the fire started. The cause of the fire is still being investigated.

The Red Cross is helping the family that lived in the trailer home, as they try to find shelter.
