Midland Man Arrested For Stabbing Co-Worker

MIDLAND -- A Midland man is behind bars, after he was accused of stabbing a co-worker at his job site.
Remigio Rodriguez, 46, was arrested on Thursday. According to an arrest affidavit, Rodriguez was throwing some boards into a pickup at his job site early Wednesday morning, when a co-worker -- 42-year-old Juan Rosa -- confronted him.
The two men got into an argument. As the fight escalated, Rodriguez allegedly pulled out a folding knife and stabbed Rosa in the groin and chest.
Now, Rodriguez is charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. He's being held on $50,000 bond.
