Odessan Indicted For Fatal Crash Into Home

ODESSA --  An Odessan who crashed into an elderly couple's house late last year has been indicted.

    Frederick Gonzalez was indicted Monday for the December 11th incident. According to the indictment, Gonzalez was high on computer keyboard cleaner when he crashed his car into the home of James and Melba Paysinger. James Paysinger, 72, later died from his injuries, while Melba was seriously injured.

    Now, Gonzalez is charged with aggravated assault and manslaughter.
