Loop 250 Back Open After Traffic Accident

MIDLAND -- A bad accident led to some shutdowns on loop 250.

The actual accident happened at Loop 250 and Lamesa, but police shut down the loop in both directions at Big Spring.

The loop is open once again.

A red Grand Prix was driving down the Loop, when a cement truck went to change lanes, sideswiping the car and causing it to spin out. One person suffered minor injuries in that car and was taken to the hospital.
