TOYAH -- A rollover crash claimed the lives of two men and sent two women to the hospital Friday.

The crash happened on Friday afternoon east of Toyah. A Ford Explorer was heading east on Interstate 20 when a tire blew out and the vehicle rolled over. 26-year-old Frank Foshee, 26, and Jose Felix, 25, were thrown from the Explorer. Both were pronounced dead at the scene.

Jennifer Vazquez, 23, was also thrown from the vehicle, and she was taken by Carestar to Medical Center Hospital. Jeanette Vazquez, 21,  who was wearing a seat belt, stayed in the Explorer during the crash, but she was also flown to M.C.H.
