Police Looking For Man Involved In Pool Hall Shooting

MIDLAND -- Police have issued a warrant for a man involved in a shooting at a pool hall.

    Justin Lee Perez, 23, is charged with aggravated assault with a motor vehicle for the incident, which happened on April 17th at Fast Freddy's. Police say a security guard named Steve Baldwin was trying to stop Perez that night, but Perez got in his car and allegedly tried to run Baldwin over. Baldwin shot Perez twice, and Perez took off.

    Police found Perez off Cotton Flat Road. He ended up going to Midland Memorial Hospital, where he was treated and later released.

    Police say Perez is 5'9", 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Anyone who knows where he is should call Midland Police at (432) 685-7108.
