West Texas Drillers Promote Breast Cancer Awarness

MIDLAND -- The West Texas Drillers will be seeing pink this Saturday, as the team helps raise awareness about breast cancer.

The Drillers are 9 - 0 this year. But in addition to playing football, the team honors a different charity at every game.
 
On May 14th, the team will be raising awareness for breast cancer while raising funds for the Laura Bush Center to provide free mammograms to those who are unable to afford one.
 
The players will playing with pink footballs and during halftime they will escort breast cancer survivors onto the field to be recognized.
