"Celebration of the Arts" Starts on Saturday

MIDLAND -- The Arts Assembly of Midland presents Carnivale, the 28th annual Celebration of the Arts Festival and Street Concert featuring Joe Nichols, Lost Lonely Boys, and Cory Yeager Band.

Celebration of the Arts Carnivale will be held Saturday May 21 from 10:00 AM until 5:00 PM and Sunday, May 22 from Noon until 5:00 PM at Midland Center.  The Street Concert begins in Centennial Plaza on Saturday, May 21 at 7:30 PM.

Celebration of the Arts Festival Carnival brings you 65 artists and their work inside Midland Center.  Also enjoy children's activities, daytime concerts and entertainment, festival foods, and hands on art experiences.  Festival tickets are $4 for adults and $2 for children.

Tickets for the Celebration of the Arts Street Concert, featuring Joe Nichols are available at Super Mercado and Suzies South 40 in Midland, TJ Rabbit's in Odessa, and online at outhousetickets.com. 

Tickets are $25 in advance and $30 at the gate.
