Enjoy today's heat as temps top out near 93 across most of the Permian Basin. winds will be light and out of the southeast setting the stage for much more heat starting tomorrow. Wind will be gusting to near 25 mph Friday morning out of the south warming temps well int othe 90's by lunchtime. Highs Friday will be near 104 degrees, possibly breaking records! Saturday the same heat will stick around, 105 for highs Saturday. Sunday, our next system gets a bit closer kicking up the winds and dropping temps closer to 100, still hot though! As the winds stick around into early next week, temps will start to level off and drop back into the 90's for you Memorial Day Monday.
