Midland, TX - The process of producing oil and gas takes a lot of different people. From the roughneck to the CEO, there's definitely a chain of command when it comes to production.

So far, we've taken an inside look at a roughneck, a derrick hand, a driller, a rig manager, a drilling superintendent and a drilling engineer. This week, we wrap up this series with a look at local CEO, Jim Henry.
