Midland--Winkler County Sheriff Robert Roberts is all set to learn his fate.  The Roberts' trial will start Monday in Midland. Roberts is charged with misuse of information and retaliation.

This arises from the prosecution of two nurses who were fired from the Winkler County hospital. Those nurses were arrested after complaining to the state medical board about the practices of Doctor Rolando Arafiles, but were later exonerated.

Big 2 will be sitting in on the trial all week long, so stay tuned for live reports from Midland County Courthouse starting Monday at five.
