Monsoonal moisture will continue to keep afternoon storms in the
mountains to the west, but another area could also see some activity.
Winds shifting more out of the southeast this morning will usher in
moisture from the gulf potentially sparking a few storms in the Permian
Basin. Most of us will stay dry despite the clouds growing and temps
will remain hot! Temps will hit 102 today and 103 tomorrow followed by
near triple digit heat through the weekend.
