MIDLAND - In this week's edition of Tuesday House Call, Dr. Stephen Ponder discusses how to say motivated to lose weight.

Dr. Ponder has a mnemonic device to help people realize their weight lose goal and reduce their risk of diabetes. - ABCD

A - Antecedent, or trigger
B - Behavior
C - Consequences
D - Different behavior
