Monday AM Weather 9-12-11

By: Meteorologist Trent Magill
Updated: September 12, 2011
This week's weather wills tart out completely different than it will end! Monday and Tuesday temps will cook to near 100 degrees with records being threatened under sunny skies. Wednesday will be the important day in the forecast as I am expecting an approaching cold front to pas through the Permian Basin. Most of your day Wednesday will be sunny & hot but later in the evening then winds will pick up a bit and shift from the north. Temps will not be nearly as hot Thursday or Friday with highs in the 80's and isolated storms possible. Timing and location of the rain is still uncertain but the cooler temps will be area-wide!
