Friday AM Weather 9-16-11

By: Meteorologist Trent Magill
Updated: September 16, 2011
A continuous pipeline of moisture from the Pacific will keep us soggy today. We received about 1" of rain in the Permian Basin Thursday pushing us over the 2" mark for the year! Today will not be quite as wet as yesterday as our front pushes east but isolated showers are still possible. Plan for a mostly dry day with warmer temps, most of us will hit near 80 degrees. The sunshine comes out Saturday and temps we will feel the heat! This weekend temps will top out near 90 degrees and you can bet it will be humid after all of this rain!
