Texas Marine's Funeral

SAN ANTONIO -- Friends and family gathered to pay respect to a fallen marine.
Lance Corporal Benjamin Schmidt, a 24 year old Texas native was killed last week during his second tour of duty in Afghanistan.
Among the mourners were Tim Duncan and several others in the Spurs organization. Schmidt's father is a team physician.
Lance Corporal Schmidt earned several medals including the Purple Heart, which was presented to his family at the service.
