Petroleum Museum Gets 7-Figure Donation

MIDLAND -- The Permian Basin Petroleum Museum wants to refresh some of their exhibits. Now, companies are helping to make that happen.
Tuesday, Pioneer Natural Resources and Scott and Kimberly Sheffield made a $1 million donation to the museum: the biggest so far.
That Money that will let them show some of the new technology that's being used in the oil field.
The renovations should start in spring of 20-12.
The design work alone will cost roughly one million dollars.
