ODESSA -- A fight turns fiery in Odessa.

Police say two men were arguing in an alley near 42nd and Golder a little after 5 PM Tuesday -- after one accused the other of stealing wine from a store.

At some point, one of the men threw rocks at the other man. Then, police say the same man picked up a flare gun and fired it at the victim.

The victim ended up with burns and a black eye, and police say he also lost a tooth. He didn't end up going to the hospital.

Now, police are looking for the suspect. Police say he's 21 years old, and he's wanted on aggravated assault charges.

If you have any information on this crime, call Odessa Police at (432) 333-3641.
