Occupy Atlanta Sues the City

ATLANTA -- Occupy Atlanta won't be slowed down by dozens of people being arrested.

    Over the weekend twenty protesters were locked up for not leaving the city park at closing time. Nineteen of the twenty protesters were released.

    Some of the protesters joined another rally on Sunday night.

    Protest Organizers are filing a Federal lawsuit against the city, saying that not allowing citizens to stay in the park is unconstitutional.
