Fatal Crash Claims Man's Life

ANDREWS- DPS reporting a fatal accident 10 miles south of Andrews.

The head-on collision happened just after 3 this morning. 47 year old Michael Lewis Riggins was driving a Titan Nissan the wrong way down US 385 and collided with an 18-wheeler driven by John Bolding.

Riggins was killed in the accident and pronounced dead at the scene. DPS says both drivers were wearing seat belts. No other injuries to report.
