COPPELL --  A man dressed in a Santa suit is credited with saving the life of a driver in a burning truck in Coppell, Texas, yesterday.

Brad Luddeke was dressed up as Santa to deliver Christmas presents to children in Arlington when he happened upon the accident.

He pulled the driver from the burning vehicle and then started directing traffic around the scene. Luddeke is a former volunteer firefighter who says he lost his son in a car accident seven years ago.

He says he was glad he could be there to help.
