LUBBOCK--  A Lubbock man who sex trafficked a child will spend nearly 34 years
in federal prison for his deeds.

A judge today imposed the penalty after 25-year-old Chanze Lamount Pringler was previously convicted of recruiting and harboring an underage girl for the sex trade.

According to trial testimony, Pringler provided food, shelter, transportation and marijuana to the minor - using the proceeds from her prostitution to fund the expenses.

Pringler has been in custody since his arrest in late March by city police on related charges.
