Atlanta Tops Most Frugal Cities List For 3rd Straight Year

Atlanta tops the list of Most Frugal U.S. Cities for the third straight year. Tampa retained the number two spot in the 2011 Savings Index with St. Louis, Cincinnati and Raleigh rounding out the top five.

The annual ranking released today by Coupons.com gives Ohio honors for being the most frugal state.

Overall, the Midwest has the largest number of frugal cities when it comes to residents using coupons to help keep their grocery bills in check.
