Court To Hear EPA Carbon Rules Case

Beginning Tuesday, the court will hear two days of legal challenges.
G-O-P lawmakers want the White House to overturn the Environmental Protection Agency rule.
It would cut emissions of carbon dioxide, mostly from new power plants and factories.
Republicans and some Democrats say the rules will add costs to consumers and businesses struggling from the weak economy.
