T-Bar Ranch Pipeline Project Construction Underway

MIDLAND -- A project to bring water from Winkler County to Midland is well underway.
City of Midland officials tell Big 2 that nearly 3 miles of pipeline have already been completed for the T-Bar Ranch project.
Once the project is complete, the 70 mile pipeline will carry water from the T-Bar Well Field in Winkler and Loving counties to the Tall City.
The City of Midland owns the land and water rights to the acre water field.
Midland officials believe the pipeline will bring the city 10 million gallons of water a day.
The T-Bar Ranch pipeline is expected to be complete by May 31, 2013.
