ODESSA -- An Odessa man accused of pulling the trigger in a fatal mall parking lot shooting is now facing additional charges.

Baushlyon Boyea Richardson is now facing charges for first degree murder and two counts of aggravated assault.

The aggravated assault charges -- which are second degree felonies -- were filed Monday.

Odessa Police say Richardson, 24, fatally shot 23-year-old Pablo Jimenez in the Music City Mall parking lot in Odessa around 1:30 AM on August 18th.

Jimenez died at Medical Center Hospital after the shooting.

Richardson also reportedly injured Jovanie Bernal and Jesus Garcia in the shooting.

Bernal, 19, and Garcia, 21, were treated for their injuries at Medical Center Hospital.

Police say they were first called to the mall parking lot after people refused to leave the 10 Sports Bar and Grill inside the mall.

However, while officers were en route, multiple calls came in for shots being fired in the parking lot -- and police found Jimenez, Bernal and Garcia all injured in the area.

Police have not released any information about a possible motive, but officers don't anticipate making any other arrests for the shooting.

As of Monday, Richardson was being held in the Ector County Law Enforcement Center on $125,000 bond.
