WEST ODESSA -- Two teens are accused of breaking into a West Odessa home.

Jayirus Malone White and Robert Bahena Jr. were arrested Tuesday morning.

Ector County Sheriff's deputies say White, 19, and Bahena, 19, broke into a home in the 11200 block of Todd Street around around 10:40 AM Tuesday.

Witnesses say White and Bahena were carrying gloves and tools at the time, and deputies were called to the scene.

The teens ran away from the home after deputies got to the scene, but deputies quickly caught up with them an arrested them.

Now, White and Bahena are charged with felony burglary of a habitation and misdemeanor evading by foot.

As of Tuesday evening, White and Bahena were each being held on $1,000.
