FARGO, NORTH DAKOTA -- There's not quite enough to build a legitimate snow man, but the flakes are already flying in North Dakota's Red River Valley.

Along with the snow and wind came power outages to about 6500 homes and businesses.

As recently as Sunday, the area saw temperatures in the mid-80's.

But early Thursday, residents of Fargo pulled out the snowscrapers and shovels to greet the year's first snowstorm.

The National Weather Service calling for more snow tonight and into the weekend.
