Odessa Man Accused Of Hitting Movie Theater Manager

ODESSA -- An Odessa man is accused of hitting a movie theater manager.

    Joseph Craig Bailey was arrested on October 7th.

    Odessa Police tell Big 2 that Bailey, 21, hit the manager of of the Century Theaters in Odessa -- after he and 2 other people were told to leave the theaters.

    Bailey tried to run away after police got to the scene, but officers quickly caught up to him and arrested him.

    Now, Bailey is charged with misdemeanor evading arrest and misdemeanor public intoxication.
