Wingate Hotel Breaks Ground In Seminole

SEMINOLE -- A new hotel is coming to Gaines County.

    M.T.P. Hospitality broke ground on the 88 room Seminole Wingate by Wyndham Hotel at 1104 West U.S. 62/180 Tuesday.

    The 3000 square foot hotel will have meeting space, executive board room, a fitness room and a swimming pool.

    According to a press release, Wingate by Wyndham hotels feature an all-inclusive pricing policy, which includes free wired and wireless high-speed Internet access in guest rooms and public spaces, free faxes and photocopies, free deluxe continental breakfast, free local calls and long-distance access and free use of its 24-hour, self-service business centers. 

    The Seminole Wingate by Wyndham Hotel should be open by Summer 2013.
