ODESSA -- Ector County I.S.D. has put a $129,750,000 bond proposal on the November ballot, to help cover the cost of improvements.

Still, E.C.I.S.D. has been setting money aside to keep the district moving forward in case voters reject the bond.

District officials tell Big 2 that they've been putting $9 million dollars into their New Elementary Project Fund over the past couple years.

The money from the fund would likely be used for portable classrooms, but the district might also look to use that money for more improvements.
