MIDLAND -- The front of the Midland Country Club entrance is going to need to be repaired.

Around 3:30 PM Thursday, a man was driving a yellow pick-up down TX 349.  Police say that he reached over for his cell phone, and then bumped the steering wheel.

That move sent the truck right off the road and into the brick entrance marking the Midland County Club.

The driver received minor injuries in the crash and was taken to Midland Memorial Hospital.
