Marijuana Legalization on Ballot in Three States

Voters in three states today will consider measures that would legalize recreational use of Marijuana.

The proposals in Colorado, Oregon and Washington would allow adults to possess small amounts of pot.

The drug would be subject to state regulation and taxes.

If the plan passes in any of those states, a legal battle with the federal government is likely.
