Samsung Beats Apple in Phone Sales

Samsung's Galaxy S Three has dethroned Apple's iPhone Four S becoming the world's best selling smartphone in the third quarter.
Strategy Analytics says 18 million Galaxy S Three phones were shipped worldwide in the quarter, compared with 16-point-two million iPhone Four S's.
But Galaxy's reign atop the sales rankings could be short lived.
Strategy Analytics says iPhone Four S sales waned in the quarter as consumers waited for the iPhone Five, which went on sale September 21st.
The third quarter ended about a week after its release.
