You probably know by now that the U.S. combat mission in Afghanistan is set to end in 2014.

But not every troop will be coming home.

Defense Secretary Leon Panetta told reporters today that the administration is still working out some post-pullout details. .

He says a decision should be made in the coming weeks about how many troops will remain in Afghanistan to help with security training and to conduct a counterterrorism mission against al Qaeda.
